This Position reports to:
Production Engineering ManagerYour Role and Responsibilities
You will have the opportunity to optimize the Production organizations assembly methods processes and equipment to minimize labor hours in accordance with business strategies related to quality efficiency costs and safety.
Each day you will ensure appropriate production methods cycle time equipment performance and materials/components in support of production targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining the working phase sequence of a new production process to achieve the targeted product cost and equipment investment budget.

In this role youll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact as you will be accountable for:
Identifying and recommending improvement opportunities in the Production area ensuring the implementation and the adherence to timeframe quality and cost requirements.
Providing support to Production during the internal process/equipment start-up defining action plans and training relevant production resources.
Execute cycle time analysis identifying the non-value-added activities to increase the efficiency of the line. Create and update the procedures related to assembly cycles accordingly.
Evaluating new process technologies to improve productivity quality and cost reduction defining and leading testing activities approval criteria and external provider choices (make or buy).
Analyze and optimize the complexity of the various items/articles used in production with the aim of rationalization and cost reduction.
Qualifications for the Role
Student or Degree in Mechanical Management Electrical or Industrial fields.
You are engaged in working with lean production methodologies in the manufacturing industry.
Production processes and professional experience in similar role are intended as a plus.
Good analytical skills familiar to work approaching with production and assembly methods and techniques.
Good communication skills (written & verbal) in English.
Strong proactiveness and motivation to acquire higher responsibilities.
