Supervise commercial flat roofing refurbishment contracts from start to finish. Oversee subcontractors monitor programme and budgets enforce health & safety liaise with clients and ensure quality standards are met across multiple projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience supervising roofing projects (flat roofing preferred)
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Knowledge of health & safety compliance with good client-facing ability
