We are seeking Trade Qualified Carpenters to join our WA Talent Pool conducting Maintenance activities across Remote Village Accommodations WA-Wide. These positions will be FIFO from Perth Airport working across our 14 sites. Swings are always 14 Days away with a minimum of 7 days RNR. Each shift is 11 Hours Paid 1 Hour Unpaid break. Positions are limited and immediate starts are available.

THE POSITION

• Conduct maintenance tasks including inspection classification repairs and planned works
• Constructs erects installs and repairs structures and fixtures of wood plywood and wallboard conforming to local building codes
• Reactive maintenance and assisting other trades
• Prioritise and attend to urgent requests
• Ensure all the activities are performed in accordance with moral ethical legal standards and maintain best FM practice.
• Report to Delta FM Operational Support

THE PERSON

• Carpentry Trade Certificate III or equivalent
• Full C Class Drivers Licence White Card
• Police Check (within 12 months)
• Well versed in all maintenance process and workplace health and safety regulations
