The Opportunity

This position works out of one of the following locations (Menlo Park CA Plymouth MN or Westfield IN) in the Structural Heart Supply Chain division.

The Supply Chain Master Scheduler plays a critical role in aligning monthly customer demand with operational supply capabilities. This position ensures that supply plans are robust enough to meet customer expectations while maintaining optimal inventory levels. The scheduler evaluates whether operations are building the right amount of inventory and when gaps are identified develops strategies to service customers effectively.

What Youll Work On

  • Analyze monthly demand vs. supply plans to ensure alignment.
  • Assess inventory levels and operational readiness to meet customer needs.
  • Develop contingency plans when supply falls short of demand.
  • Maintain SAP master data integrity for all product-related information.
  • Lead and facilitate weekly ITP reviews and planning meetings.
  • Manage escalations and follow-ups across internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with buyers site supply chain teams and other internal partners.

Required Qualifications


Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business or equivalent experience preferred.
At least 4 years of progressively responsible experience in manufacturing schedule planning
Intermediate experience utilizing MRP and ERP systems.
Proficient in MS Office strong Excel skills
Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects.
Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

1 year of experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
APICS or other planning related certification preferred.
