Job Summary

Temporary Customer Success Associate

Austin TX 78731

As a temporary member of the Customer Success Team youll play a critical role by supporting bulk order processing order entry and related order follow-up tasks during the holiday season. You will help to maintain efficiency and customer satisfaction during our busiest time of year!

Temporary Employment Dates
Mid-October OR Mid-November through December 24th 2025.

Location
Tiffs Treats Headquarters in Northwest Austin TX.

What Youll Do

Process and manage large bulk and special event orders including catering and one-off orders
Guide customers through the order fulfillment process once a sale is made
Respond to customer inquiries and provide updates on order status
Create and send order quotes to clients
Collect payment for bulk orders and ensure accurate record-keeping
Proactively handle any issues that arise
Enter ad-hoc orders for sales clients as needed
Coordinate custom packaging for bulk orders
Assist with bulk order validation entry and processing
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

What We Are Looking For

Excellent written communication skills
Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for basic data entry and tracking
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Passion for delivering standout customer experiences
Flexible availability within either date block:
- Class 1: October 20th December 24th 2025
- Class 2: November 10th December 24th 2025

Preferred Skills

Experience with Slack and Google Workspace (Google Sheets Docs etc.)
Familiarity with HubSpot and Zendesk
Prior experience in an administrative or customer support role
