Physical Therapist(Long-Term Substitute)Anticipated Dates: December 1 2025 March 1 2026Responsibilities include:Provide school based physical therapy services for students in grades Pre-K through high schoolConsult with educators regarding students school based physical therapy needsEvaluate students school based physical therapy needs using standardized measuresParticipate in team meetingsWrite and amend IEPs as necessaryCollaborate with other service providers and families regarding student progressMaintain student confidentiality
