Job Summary
Role Overview: The Marketing Assistant will support the execution of marketing initiatives across events partnerships social media and retail. This role is ideal for a creative detail-oriented team player who enjoys both behind-the-scenes coordination and on-the-ground event support. With a balance of office-based work and field responsibilities the Marketing Assistant ensures campaigns events and content run seamlessly. This is a full-time role based in our home office with standard hours: MondayFriday 8:00 AM4:00 PM with occasional weekend and evening work required for marketing events.
What Youll Do:
- Plan & Execute Events Support open houses pop-ups charity classes and community partnerships including logistics swag on-site setup and KPI tracking.
- Drive Social Media & Content Capture and schedule content support shoots manage engagement and assist with influencer and ambassador partnerships.
- Support Marketing Campaigns Maintain content calendars schedule email campaigns and ensure collateral and assets are ready for studio and training events.
- Assist with Retail Operations Prep track and distribute retail inventory while supporting content shoots and inter-studio transfers.

The Skills & Experience Youll Need:
- Experience: 12 years of marketing social media or event coordination experience (internships or part-time roles included).
- Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram TikTok Facebook); basic content editing skills a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Collaborative flexible and eager to learn in a fast-paced growing company environment.
- Availability: Ability to work occasional evenings/weekends for events.
