Location: Scottsdale AZ (Hybrid: 3 days onsite)

Compensation: $160K$200K base bonus

Key Responsibilities

Lead complex tax engagements across individuals SMBs partnerships S corps and nonprofits
Serve as the hands-on quarterback for small business accounting tax prep IRS representation and proactive tax planning
Build trusted client relationships while delivering strategic advisory year-round
Coach and mentor a high-performing team of tax professionals
Review and finalize complex returns and planning deliverables with precision and compliance
Champion process innovation and operational efficiency as the firm scales

Qualifications

CPA or EA credential (required)
8 years of hands-on public accounting/tax experience (small to mid-sized CPA firm background preferred)
Strong technical foundation in individual and business tax prep and review
Demonstrated leadership experience with client portfolios and staff oversight
Ability to thrive in a high-growth fast-paced environment and wear multiple hats

Additional Details

Schedule: MondayFriday (hybrid flexibility but more onsite presence expected during tax season)
