Pay Range: $50000$100000 (based on performance no earning cap!)

- Lead skilled tradespeople to complete renovation projects on time and within budget.
- Build trust with homeowners and subcontractors ensuring top-quality results.
- Manage schedules track progress and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Engage in community events and forge partnerships with vendors.
- Continuously learn and improve through hands-on experience and training.
- Growth: Structured 6-12 month training program with a growth track to become a Project Manager

- Construction experience is a plus but well train the right candidate!
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Work indoors and outdoors often in challenging conditions.
- Ability to stand walk bend squat climb stairs and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Use of personal protective equipment as needed.
