Where Youll Work:
The U.S. Employer Portfolio Strategic Planning Intern will support leadership in planning and organizing business strategy priorities and goals. This role bridges strategy and execution by engaging with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives. The intern will assist in feasibility assessments impact estimation and alignment across business units. They will also help drive adoption and change management efforts to ensure successful implementation and value realization. The ideal candidate is a self-starter intellectually curious and capable of synthesizing complex developments into executive-level insights.
