Customer Service Representative (customer support exp. req.) Description

Our client a high-end luxury designer and manufacturer is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their Team near Syosset NY. This is an office-based role at our clients manufacturing facility. With products sold in Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue and press features in Harpers Bazaar Goop Oprah Magazine and the Wall Street Journal you can join a highly revered company without having to travel to this role you will provide customer service and administrative support to their wholesale partners. You will be communicating over the phone and via email with smaller luxury retail stores across the US as well as their internal sales teams to answer product questions provide shipping updates and process orders. Managing 8-25 orders a day they are searching for someone who appreciates working in a multi-faceted environment with shifting priorities while still maintaining a connection with their customers. Someone who innately enjoys building relationships while supporting overall operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about their role in each customers journey and would value partnering with an industry leader that continues to receive global brand recognition.

Customer Service Representative (customer support exp. req.) Responsibilities

Cultivate relationships with wholesale partners
Act as the main point of contact for small retail accounts
Manage sales orders invoices and general inquiries
Communicate product updates to customers
Accurately and efficiently process customer orders from B2B platforms
Prepare and manage sales documentation such as invoices returns etc.
Update customer records within internal systems
Address and resolve customer concerns
Set up and onboard new customer accounts
Support trade show activities including preparation potential attendance etc.
Work closely with the sales team to deliver a seamless and positive customer experience

Customer Service Representative (customer support exp. req.) Qualifications

3 years of office-based customer service experience required
Comfortable learning new technologies required
Ability to work onsite required
