Job Summary
Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Long Term Care
Location: Watertown NY
Shift: Day Shift 36 hours per week
Duration: 13 Weeks (High possibility of extension)
Compensation:
Travel RN: $2556 weekly gross (for 32-hour shift)
Local RN: $1800 weekly
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a long-term care (LTC) setting.
Assess plan implement and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
Monitor patient conditions administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality and continuity of care.
Document care provided in compliance with facility standards and regulatory requirements.
Support patients and families with education guidance and compassionate care.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum of 2 years of recent nursing experience.
Long-term care (LTC) experience required.
Certifications & Licensure
Active NY State Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license (required).
BLS AHA certification (required prior to start).
