Job Summary
We are Titus-Will Automotive Group one of the largest dealership groups in Washington! Titus-Will is a trusted family-owned and operated business since 1938. Many of our employees have made a career of working on our team.
Were currently looking for an Accounting Support Specialist to join our team in Olympia to assist with accounts payable accounts receivablelicensing scanning and other accounting tasks.
This is a Full-Time position. Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm

- Reconcile statements
- Disburse checks
- Balance statements and finalize data
- Prepare accounts for payments and verify data in the system
- Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Accounts payable or receivable experience required
- Automotive accounting office experience preferred but we will train the right person
