Summary:
Responsible for overseeing and enhancing the efficiency of nursing operations within our hospital through strong nursing management process improvement and a passion for optimizing patient care pathways and workflows.

Essential Functions:
Lead and manage the Flow Operations Program focusing on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of nursing operations.
-Analyze and streamline patient care pathways to optimize throughput and resource utilization.
-Collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
-Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient flow reduce wait times and improve overall patient experience.
-Utilize data analysis and performance metrics to identify trends track progress and make data-driven decisions.
-Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff fostering a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency.
-Collaborate with various departments to implement standardized processes and best practices.
-Develop training programs and educational materials to support staff in improving operational efficiency.
Education
Bachelors Degree Nursing required and Masters Degree Nursing preferred

Registered Nurse RN - State License - Generic - HR Only required
Experience
Clinical nursing experience 5-7 years required and Lead nursing experience 2-3 years required. ED experience preferred.

- Strong leadership organizational and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality improvement processes.
