Job Description
Java Full Stack Developer (5 to 7 Years experience) We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior java developer with over 67 years of experience to join our development team. The idea candidate will possess deep expertise in Java development and proven track record in designing developing and maintaining complex scalable software solutions. Will work closely with cross- techno-functional teams to deliver high-quality software that meets our business Development :Design develop and maintain high-quality scalable and robust java code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to Architecture:Evaluate and implement new technologies and frameworks to improve system performance and developmental architectural integrity and consistency across multiple projects and Leaderships:Lead and mentor junior and mid-level developers providing guidance and support in their professional the adoption of best practices in coding testing and in the entire software development lifecycles from requirement gathering to deployment maintenance and and Communication :Work closely with product managers Business analysts and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and alignmentFacilitate technical discussions and decision-making and Quality Assurance:Develop and execute compressive testing strategies including unit tests integration tests and end-to-end the robustness and reliability of applications through rigorous testing and and maintain CI/CD Improvement :Stay current with emerging java technologies and frameworks to ensure continuous improvement of development to continuous improvement of development process and and address performance bottlenecks and scalability on migrating application from monolith to micro services and then to cloud with Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure iterative and incremental development.
