An exciting opportunity for an experienced Lettings professional to lead and grow a successful lettings department in the Uckfield area driving business motivating a team and delivering outstanding client service.

This is a fantastic opening for a motivated Lettings Manager to take charge of a busy lettings department and help grow an already successful business.

The role offers the chance to work with a respected independent brand developing business and leading a team while delivering excellent service to clients across East Sussex.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Running and developing the local Lettings Department
• Securing new instructions and growing market share
• Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships
• Leading managing and motivating the lettings team
• Ensuring compliance with lettings regulations and legislation
• Managing properties across a broad price spectrum including prime markets

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience as a Lettings Manager or Assistant Lettings Manager
• Proven track record in winning instructions and growing business
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Local knowledge of Eastbourne and surrounding areas preferred
• ARLA qualification desirable but not essential
• Full UK driving licence required
