Key Responsibilities
- Able to lead and manage complex multifaceted projects that require strategic and operational planning as PMO/Project Controls utilising programme management capabilities to ensure strategic and operational functions and data allow stakeholders and customers (internal and external) to remain up to date
- Lead and manage multidisciplined teams through effective communication delegation and clear leadership.
- Evolve manage and implement operational plans relating integration people process organisation and technology.
- Capable in developing and managing project and programme risks through the identification and mitigation of consequences.
- Experienced in co-ordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders drawing on influencing skills to deliver acceptable outcomes for all parties.
- Proven capability of establishing project teams from inception to high performance.
- Able to manage strategic change effectively prioritising and directing targeted levels of effort to ensure positive outcomes and controls are implemented to mitigate risk to project delivery.
- Able to develop complex Schedules and explain critical path analysis.
- Able to generate and routinely produce progress reports and dashboards
- Able to run value engineering processes rating to time.
- Operational implementation of integration activities ensure consistency of approach and methodology with others on the wide Programme.
- Become an active champion of legacy knowledge transfer by mentoring designated Saudi nationals
Key Qualifications :
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in a project controls environment
- Previous Experience in KSA Knowledge of Port and Marine environment an advantage
- Preferable five (5) years of management experience in the GCC.
- Proven track record of experience as a similar PCM role.
- Hands-on experience undertaking change management (estimating) budget reconciliation forecast Earn Value Accruals
- Excellent communication skills with multiple levels of Management and staff Team player with the ability to lead and motivate a multinational multi-dimensional organization.
- Experienced in the design and management of graduate and trainee programs
- Computer skills Word Excel Outlook Primavera Microsoft Project @Risk or similar TILOS PowerBI
- Additional certification in APM is an advantage.
- Additional training in Health and Safety
