Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer advice and introduce bank services through telephone and other electronic communication channels;
- Ensure prompt and friendly customer service;
- Receive and process applications and requests.
Qualifications and Experience:
Desired skill:
- Excellent command of the Lithuanian language both written and spoken;
- Previous experience in customer service;
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to handle client inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
Nice to have:
- Good in English and Russian language;
- Higher education.
