The Opportunity
We are recruiting Site Supervisors to support our SSEN contracts across West London and the M4/M40 corridor. Youll be at the forefront of substation build and refurbishment cabling and overhead line work (11132 kV). This role offers clear career progression into Site Management and Project Management backed by long-term project security and OCUs ongoing expansion.
What Youll Be Doing
- Supervising site teams and subcontractors.
- Leading daily briefings safety documentation (RAMS Permits Toolbox Talks).
- Overseeing quality inspections and ITP completion.
- Ordering plant materials and managing temporary works.
- Cost and programme management.
- Collating documentation and as-built records.
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders.
What Were Looking For
- SSEN CAT 3 Authorisation (essential)
- SSSTS / SMSTS
- First Aid at Work (mandatory)
- Recognised Civil or Electrical Qualification
- Strong IT literacy (Word Excel Outlook)
- Excellent communication organisation and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel and occasionally lodge away
