IT Business Partner
Location: Hybrid / Billericay
Salary: Competitive Bonus
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 40 hours per week Monday-Friday
Ground Control is on an exciting IT transformation journey and were looking for an IT Business Partner to help us deliver it. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of technology and business ensuring that our IT & Data strategies align seamlessly with the needs of our business units and customers.
What youll do:
As an IT Business Partner youll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our transformation roadmap. Youll act as the key link between business stakeholders and IT & Data managing the demand pipeline and making sure our product roadmaps reflect the priorities of the business.
This is a delivery focused role requiring someone who thrives in a fast paced change driven environment and who can connect strategy to execution with impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Prioritise and manage product improvement requests in partnership with stakeholders.
Work closely with directors sales teams customers and partners to ensure alignment and delivery of value.
Collaborate with cross functional teams including developers data engineers analysts designers and suppliers to assess technical dependencies and drive efficiencies.
Contribute to shaping and embedding effective working practices across the Transformation function.
Attend in-person collaboration sessions weekly (Billericay HQ or London office) and travel to Ground Control sites across the UK when needed.
What were looking for:
Essential
Strong track record of building relationships with senior internal stakeholders and external partners.
Proven experience working in a transformation phase within an SME.
Clear ability to connect strategy to execution and deliver results at pace.
Resilient flexible and delivery-focused able to adapt to shifting priorities.
Highly data and results driven with strong attention to detail.
A focus on outcomes doing whats right for the business not just whats easy.
Desirable
Project management and planning experience.
Experience with Dynamics 365.
Knowledge of business process management or change management.
