Join the Frends iPaaS R&D Team as an AI Product Manager with a focus on building new AI functionalities for our Integration Platform. At Frends iPaaS we are shaping the future of integration and automation. Our goal To make integrations fast easy and transparent.
Now as we continue to grow rapidly were strengthening our R&D team by welcoming two new AI enthusiasts to work on innovative solutions that redefine our industry. Youll be at the forefront of building new AI features into the Frends platform collaborating across teams and helping our customers unlock powerful new capabilities
What Youll Do
- Develop and manage the AI product roadmap aligned with evolving AI trends and market needs.
- Drive the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous iteration.
- Translate business needs into functional AI features that create real customer value.
- Collaborate closely with AI engineers designers and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Refine and evolve how we work with AI across the product and organization.
- Stay current on the latest in LLMs agentic AI and AI tooling and turn insight into action.
- Transfer AI knowledge and expertise to the product teams by empowering them for future AI-motivated initiatives.

What You Bring
Product Management Experience
- Strong experience managing enterprise software products in agile environments.
- Skilled at writing user stories defining product requirements and working with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with DevOps and modern software development practices.
AI Expertise
- Understanding of Agentic AI systems and related concepts (e.g. ReAct tool use function calling).
- Experience with AI development tools (e.g. Cursor Claude Code Replit Lovable Windsurf).
- Track record of learning experimenting or building with AI (projects courses research etc.)
Enterprise Background
- Experience working in B2B/enterprise software environments.
- Knowledge of ERPs CRMs and other line-of-business systems.
- Understanding of iPaaS platforms and API-based integration (REST GraphQL webhooks).
Communication & Collaboration
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams and clearly communicate product vision.
This position requires technical expertise a collaborative mindset and a commitment to staying current with advancements in the field of artificial intelligence.
