Role Overview

We re looking for a detail-oriented professional and organized Recruiter to join our team. This role is critical in managing high-volume candidate pipelines evaluating talent against company standards and coordinating scheduling to support nationwide staffing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct 20 40 candidate screenings per hour using our proprietary recruitment platform.
Assess candidate fit quickly and accurately ensuring alignment with company professionalism standards.
Coordinate interviews and scheduling logistics in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Partner with account managers and staff coordinators to ensure seamless staffing fulfillment.

Requirements

Strong English fluency with a neutral accent.
Professional presence and polished communication skills.
Highly organized with strong multitasking ability.
Prior recruiting or staffing experience strongly preferred.
Flexible adaptable and comfortable working under urgency.
