A leading provider of turnkey installation solutions for robotics racking and automation across manufacturing warehousing and material handling. We serve top-tier clients in retail e-commerce logistics and grocery sectors.

SUMMARY

We are seeking a relationship-driven industry leader to champion our expansion into the rapidly growing Data Center market. This role is centered on cultivating strategic partnerships managing high-value accounts and positioning the company as a trusted long-term collaborator in large-scale data center builds. The ideal candidate will bring a strong network of general contractors and design-build firms and will be passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences while shaping best-in-class electrical and data installation practices. Reporting directly to senior leadership this role will be instrumental in driving growth through meaningful relationships and operational excellence.

Position Overview

This is more than an account management role it s a relationship-first opportunity to build a market presence from the ground up. We re looking for a seasoned data center professional who thrives on connection influence and strategic partnership. You ll be the face of the company to key clients responsible for both bringing in new business and nurturing those relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

If you re currently working in the data center construction space and have strong influence over RFP/RFQ decisions this is your chance to lead with relationships and shape a new standard of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong trust-based relationships with general contractors and design-build firms to secure new data center projects.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnership success.
  • Oversee project delivery from initial scope through completion aligning internal teams to meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to define and implement best practices in electrical and data installations.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership offering insights on market trends client needs and competitive positioning.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in the data center construction market with a proven ability to build and maintain influential relationships.
  • Strong understanding of data center build requirements and installation standards.
  • Demonstrated success in securing and managing accounts and/or projects.
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
