Job Summary

Holzer Meigs Gallipolis and Jackson EDs are looking for an experienced Emergency Medicine provider. Provider must be available a minimum of 5 shifts a month preferably 8-10!

Start date - As soon as credentialed (min 45-60 days)

Shifts are 8p-8a or 8a-8p
Percent (%) of Total Hospital Admissions Received from ED: 17
Percent (%) of ED Patients Admitted to the Hospital per Day: 17%
Percent (%) of ED Patients Transferred per Day: Less than 7%
Trauma Level/Designation: None
Annual volume: 18527 (15-20/shift per provider
Total Number of Beds: 11
Fast track in ED Yes
EMR: All Scripts/Paragon
Will oversee APPs
ED Physician writes orders for Admissions
Deliveries Sent Directly to Labor & Delivery
Consultants Radiologist Cardiologist Pulmonologist Gastroenterologist Urologist Hematologist / Oncologist

Please note:
Medical Staff fees will NOT be reimbursed
Physician conversion fee cap $18-$20K
All travel must be booked through OVP

Requirement description :
ALL MUST BE NOTATED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR OR PROVIDER WILL BE REDIRECTED
Name clear process is not officially completed by OVP until the client reviews the candidates full presentation.
Provider must be available for nights and weekends - please note in availability at time of name clear
Malpractice must be included in hourly rate cap of $350/hour - REQUIRED no exceptions
OH state License - REQUIRED will accept IMLC (with proof of LOQ within 3 business days of job acceptance)
COVID Vaccination - REQUIRED
MUST be boarded ABMS/AOA IM/FM - will not accept any other type of certification - REQUIRED no exceptions
MUST have ACLS ATLS BLS PALS - REQUIRED
MUST have 2 recent experience - REQUIRED
NRP - REQUIRED
