- Serve as Scrum Master leading cross-functional teams in a hybrid (part onsite in NJ) environment.
- Manage and facilitate Agile ceremonies for supply chain-focused projects within the pharmaceutical domain.
- Oversee risk management activities ensuring project compliance in a regulated environment.
- Leverage expertise in API-driven initiatives to guide project delivery.
- Utilize strong knowledge of SAP and/or Supply Chain systems to support technical and business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Apply prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry to address domain-specific challenges and requirements.
