Job Summary

Duration of engagement: 30 months
Location: Albany NY (50% Onsite)

Targeted start: 10/23/2025

Day-to-day tasks:

Provide general system design application programming unit and integration testing of developed programs and documentation of those efforts.
Programming tasks may include complete unit routines or functional routines that make up discrete parts of functional units.
Programming will utilize structured COBOL and SQL.

Programmer: Client Notice System (CNS) project

Creates computer software. May specialize in one area of computer software or may write code for many kinds of software.

Expert 84 Months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

84 months experience working directly with COBOL 74 or 84 programming on Client 2200 series.
84 months experience utilizing Client ECL and TIP.
84 months experience monitoring production work and error diagnostics/debugging system analysis and design program unit and integrated testing with COBOL 74 or 85 programming on Client 2200 series.
84 months experience utilizing DMS 2200/RDMS.
84 months experience in building and maintaining SQL scripts indexes and complex queries for data analysis and extraction.
