Elan Furnishing LLP is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with 5 years of expertise in managing interior furnishing and site execution. The candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site activities coordinating with teams ensuring timely project completion and maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:-
Supervise and oversee day-to-day site activities including labor vendors and contractors.

Ensure work is executed as per drawings specifications and quality standards.

Monitor project timelines resource allocation and progress reports.

Coordinate with project managers designers and clients to ensure smooth site execution.

Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with site regulations.

Handle material management checking stock arranging deliveries and preventing wastage.

Prepare daily/weekly site reports and update management on progress.

Resolve site-related issues promptly to avoid project delays.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor (preferably in interior furnishing or construction).

Strong knowledge of site execution material management and quality standards.

Ability to read and understand drawings/plans.

Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure timely project delivery.

Familiarity with safety standards and compliance practices.

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering Interior Design or a related field (preferred).
