Position Overview :-
Key Responsibilities :-
1) Strategy & Leadership :-
Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
Lead a small team of digital executives/managers providing guidance and performance feedback.
Stay ahead of digital marketing trends tools and best practices to ensure innovation in campaigns.
Performance Marketing (Google Ads Meta LinkedIn etc.)
Plan launch and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads Meta Ads LinkedIn and other platforms.
Manage campaign budgets bidding strategies and performance KPIs (CPL CPA ROAS).
Analyze data prepare performance reports and recommend optimizations to maximize ROI.
2) SEO & SEM :-
Oversee SEO strategy including keyword research on-page optimization link building and technical SEO.
Plan SEM campaigns to increase visibility traffic and conversions for client brands.
Track search engine ranking improvements and ensure alignment with client objectives.
3) Social Media Marketing :-
Lead organic and paid social strategies across platforms like Instagram Facebook LinkedIn Twitter and YouTube.
Drive content calendars engagement initiatives and influencer collaborations.
Track performance metrics audience growth and engagement rates.
4) Analytics & Reporting :-
Use tools like Google Analytics Search Console Data Studio and Ads Manager to measure success.
Provide clients with actionable insights dashboards and campaign recommendations.
Requirements :-
Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Business or related field.
9 years of experience in digital marketing with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record in managing Google Ads SEO SEM Social Media and Performance Marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics Ads Manager and reporting dashboards.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
Ability to multitask manage budgets and lead a team in a fast-paced agency environment.
