Tasks
As a Customer Solutions Engineer youll play a key role in shaping how customers experience and succeed with etaONE. Your mission:
- Sales & Demo Environments: Build compelling dashboards automations and demo content that address real customer challenges and showcase etaONEs strengths.
- Customer Projects: Configure tailored solutions for customers who prefer not to implement themselves ensuring their requirements are met effectively.
- Training Content: Develop sample scenarios modules and learning content within etaONE to support onboarding and training programs.
- Marketing Support: Create engaging visualizations and dashboards that highlight etaONEs value across web social media and presentations.
- Day-to-Day Operations: Continuously maintain refine and expand the content library on etaONE to ensure high quality and relevance.
Requirements
What were looking for:
- Experience working with digital platforms and tools ideally in a SaaS or energy management environment
- Creativity and a strong sense for appealing and modern data visualization
- Analytical skills with the ability to understand diverse customer needs and translate them into effective solutions
- Ideally first touchpoints with energy management processes (e.g. ISO 50.001)
- Independent structured and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; German is a plus
