Tasks

As a Customer Solutions Engineer youll play a key role in shaping how customers experience and succeed with etaONE. Your mission:

Sales & Demo Environments: Build compelling dashboards automations and demo content that address real customer challenges and showcase etaONEs strengths.
Customer Projects: Configure tailored solutions for customers who prefer not to implement themselves ensuring their requirements are met effectively.
Training Content: Develop sample scenarios modules and learning content within etaONE to support onboarding and training programs.
Marketing Support: Create engaging visualizations and dashboards that highlight etaONEs value across web social media and presentations.
Day-to-Day Operations: Continuously maintain refine and expand the content library on etaONE to ensure high quality and relevance.

Requirements

What were looking for:

Experience working with digital platforms and tools ideally in a SaaS or energy management environment
Creativity and a strong sense for appealing and modern data visualization
Analytical skills with the ability to understand diverse customer needs and translate them into effective solutions
Ideally first touchpoints with energy management processes (e.g. ISO 50.001)
Independent structured and solution-oriented working style
Strong communication skills and team spirit
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; German is a plus
