JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Were looking for a Social Media Content Creator - someone whos just as comfortable behind the lens as they are trendspotting on Instagram and TikTok.
- As our Social Media Content Creator youll help bring our brand to life by capturing and editing original scroll-stopping content with an emphasis on product-focused videos (not on-figure/model).
- Youre equal parts obsessed with Marketing Creative and have a deep understanding of how content is shot/edited uniquely tailored for each platform.
- Can confidently pitch new ideas based on current social trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture Create Social-first content for Instagram and TikTok-working with the Social Creative team members to ideate and shoot video and photos that feel organic relevant and made for each platform (Some content will be lifted for other channels like YouTube Shorts or be shot specifically for Paid Media Social)
- Shoot with a brand aesthetic but creator mindset.
- You know how to frame a shot find the light get the timing right and make it feel fashion-forward and editorial. You also know how to lightly prop and style a product video capture.
- Edit fast edit well. You can juggle multiple projects / timelines and can handle a high volume of social videos to edit in a day.
What You Bring:
- Great attitude and down to be a hands-on-team player willing to pitch in to get anything across the finish line
- Youre social-obsessed-you have an artistic eye you get the algorithm you scroll on your free time and know whats trending
- Savvy in mobile-first editing tools (CapCut/ Reels and TikTok In-App) its a plus if you are familiar with Adobe editing suite programs
- Youre not afraid to pitch a trending idea before it hits or remix something with an on-brand twist
- Has experience shooting product-only content
- Youve spent 1-2 years in a similar role (preferably with a fashion beauty lifestyle brand) and thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment
