Job Summary
A candidate must have a strong background and education in the commercial application of HVAC Controls and Building Automation. This includes:
A strong understanding of Mechanical HVAC and Electrical system
A minimum of 3 years of experience designing BAS Control systems
A strong understanding of BacNet networks both MS/TP and IP
Experience with BAS integration of vendor equipment like VFDs and RTUs
Proficiency in reading and interpreting Plans and Specifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel.
Extensive experience using MS Visio
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
A strong understanding of building construction methods and standards
A willingness to continuously learn and grow your Engineering expertise
Additional Requirements
Associate or Bachelors degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology Mechanical preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
A valid drivers license
