Job Title : Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant Salesforce Migration

Job Type : W2/C2C

Experience : 8 15 years

Location : New York City New York

Responsibilities:

Hands-on experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Technical Consultant.
Strong expertise in Salesforce-to-Dynamics migration projects (data metadata and process migration).
Proficiency in .NET C# JavaScript SQL Server Web APIs and Azure Services.
Hands-on experience in integrations (Azure Logic Apps Service Bus MuleSoft APIs middleware).
Experience with data migration tools: KingswaySoft Scribe SSIS or similar.
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 customization plugin development workflows Power Automate Dataverse and Power Apps.
Understanding of Salesforce data model and Apex/Visualforce basics for migration analysis.
Familiarity with security roles profiles and compliance across CRM platforms.
Lead technical design and execution of Salesforce to Dynamics 365 migration projects.
Analyze Salesforce org structure metadata data model and processes to map into Dynamics 365.
Perform data migration (ETL cleansing deduplication validation) using tools like KingswaySoft Scribe SSIS Power Automate or custom integrations.
Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales Service Marketing etc.) using Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI).
Develop and deploy custom plugins workflows scripts integrations and APIs.
Work with business stakeholders functional consultants and architects to align migration strategy with business objectives.
Ensure data security compliance and integrity during migration.
Troubleshoot issues across Salesforce Dynamics and middleware during cutover.
Provide technical documentation migration mapping and post-go-live support.

Qualification:

Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
