Job Title : Dynamics 365 Data Migration Specialist (Sales/Service)

Job Type : W2/C2C

Experience : 8 15 years

Location : New York City New York

Responsibilities:

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Service modules.
Experience in data migration ETL or CRM implementation projects.
Experience with legacy system migrations (ERP CRM databases spreadsheets).
Experience in data validation testing and reconciliation in large-scale migration projects.
Experience in cloud migrations (on-premise to Dynamics 365 online).
Strong knowledge of data migration tools (SSIS KingswaySoft Scribe Azure Data Factory or similar).
Proficient in SQL data cleansing data transformation and mapping.
Understanding of CRM data models relationships and business rules.
Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate Power BI Dataverse) for data transformation or reporting.
Lead end-to-end data migration initiatives for Dynamics 365 Sales and Service modules.
Analyze source systems and define data mapping cleansing and transformation rules.
Develop and implement ETL strategies scripts and automation for migration.
Ensure data integrity accuracy and consistency throughout the migration process.
Conduct data profiling validation and reconciliation between legacy and target systems.
Create comprehensive migration documentation runbooks and post-migration support plans.
Support post-migration testing including UAT and go-live data validation.
Implement best practices for data governance and compliance during migration.

Qualification:

Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
