Job Summary
CARE MANAGER RN Start date: ASAP Shift is 5x8 HR a 4x10HR option may be available upon request. Years of experience REQ: 2 yr minimum First-timers accepted: Yes Weekend REQ: EOW Certs REQ: BLS and WA RN or Compact Lic REQ CCM or ACM preferred. Is on-call REQ No Will this traveler need to float between like units Yes floating is required within scope to meet facility needs Locals accepted: No What is the local radius rule 50-mile Pending License accepted: No RTO Restrictions: None but prefer to keep it under seven days. ALL requests MUST be in submission. Special Requirements: Inpatient Acute care experience is required and is a HARD STOP. Units served include ICU PCU ED Family Birth Adult Medical.
