Pay: $70000 - 90000/hr Benefits

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join a stable and well-established leader in the plastic blow molding this role you will oversee daily production operations ensuring that safety quality and efficiency standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills hands-on experience in blow molding environments and a proven ability to drive team performance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate production activities across multiple blow molding lines to meet daily output goals
Monitor equipment performance and collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and ensure operational readiness
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
Lead and mentor production staff providing training guidance and performance feedback
Review production schedules and adjust staffing or equipment usage to optimize throughput
Support quality assurance efforts by ensuring products meet specifications and initiating corrective actions when needed
Maintain accurate production records shift reports and performance metrics
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity waste reduction and process optimization
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including planning quality and maintenance

Qualifications:

3 years of supervisory experience in a blow molding or plastic manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of production planning machine operations and quality control processes
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced setting
Effective communication skills and proficiency in documentation and reporting
Willingness to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing production demands
