The Coordinator will manage professional public health program development and perform complex administrative work. The role may supervise staff oversee statewide public health programs or grants and undertake additional duties as required.
Coordinate initiatives related to Community Health Assessments and Improvement Plans.
Provide subject matter expertise on CHA/CHIP implementation.
Promote education and provide technical assistance on CHA/CHIP requirements.
Participate on the Community of Practice Advisory Board and serve as an ambassador for the Community of Practice.
