We are seeking a hands-on technical specialist to lead operational excellence across enterprise messaging platforms and support the rollout of AI technologies like Microsoft Copilot. This role focuses on day-to-day management troubleshooting and optimization of Exchange environments while also supporting AI enablement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in messaging infrastructure and a passion for delivering reliable secure and innovative solutions.
Required Skills - 8 years of experience in Exchange and messaging operations.
- 2 years of experience supporting AI/ML tools or platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Exchange hybrid deployments and Active Directory.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and Azure OpenAI services.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Job Duties - Manage and support Exchange Server and Exchange Online environments ensuring high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot email flow mailbox provisioning and hybrid configurations.
- Monitor and automate operational tasks using PowerShell and administrative APIs.
- Support deployment and configuration of Microsoft Copilot across M365 services.
- Assist in developing usage guidelines and training materials for AI tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify operational efficiencies through AI and automation.
- Participate in incident response root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts.
