Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Refrigeration Technician based in the San Antonio and/or Austin Texas Metropolitan Areas. The Refrigeration Technician will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance troubleshooting and repairing refrigeration systems. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and fixing issues overseeing refrigeration systems and ensuring all equipment remains in proper working order. This role requires diligence attention to detail and a hands-on approach to maintaining high operational standards.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Preventive Maintenance and Routine Maintenance & Repair
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing refrigeration systems
Knowledge of Electricity fundamentals and electrical systems in refrigeration
Experience with refrigeration systems and their operation
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant certifications and training in refrigeration or HVAC systems is a plus
