Responsibilities
Assist prospective tenants in identifying suitable rental properties based on their needs and preferences
Conduct virtual tours of properties and provide detailed information on features and amenities
Respond promptly to inquiries via phone email and chat regarding rental listings and application processes
Manage online listings ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is reflected across all platforms
Coordinate lease agreements application processing and follow-ups with tenants and landlords
Maintain a strong understanding of the local rental market and trends to provide informed advice to clients
Qualifications
Previous experience in leasing sales or customer service preferably in the real estate industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients remotely
Proficiency in using digital communication tools property management software and social media platforms
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple listings simultaneously
Knowledge of local rental laws and regulations is a plus
A valid real estate license may be required depending on local regulations
