Job Summary

A global agricultural exporter with operations across five continents is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to provide strategic guidance on complex commercial regulatory and cross-border matters.

The Role:

Draft review & negotiate international commercial agreements.
Oversee licensing IP protection & compliance across markets.
Advise on foreign market entry trade regulations & cross-border deals.
Ensure compliance with all regions corporate & regulatory frameworks.
Support litigation and arbitration in South Africa and abroad.

You Bring:

LLB admission as attorney/advocate.
6–10 years’ post-qualification legal experience.
Strong background in commercial law licensing & regulatory compliance.
Proven success managing multi-jurisdictional transactions.
Excellent communication integrity and business acumen.
