Job Summary

Job Description – E-Commerce Specialist

Location: Sarkhej-Sanand Road Ahmedabad – 382210
Experience Required: 2 year to 5 year
Salary: As per experience(Based on Knowlegde)
Timing: 10:30 to 6:30
6 day Working(Mon-Sat)
Gender: Male/Female

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize the company’s Shopify online store for better customer engagement and conversions.

Handle Google Merchant Center setup optimization and reporting.

Plan and execute WhatsApp marketing email marketing and social media campaigns.

Run and monitor email campaigns using Zoho Campaigns / Mail.

Create implement and analyze SEO strategies to increase website ranking and traffic.

Utilizeho Suite (Zoho CRM Zoho Mail Zoho Projects etc.) for marketing automation lead management and project coordination.

Analyze data using Google Analytics / Zoho Analytics and prepare performance reports.

Work with the media agency for campaign planning content and performance optimization.

Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads Meta Ads etc.).

(Optional) Canva and Photoshop

(Optional) Write and manage content for blogs social media posts and newsletters to strengthen brand presence.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Hands-on experience in Shopify management.

Expertise in Zoho Suite (CRM Mail Projects Campaigns Analytics etc.).

Ability to design and run effective marketing campaigns (email social media WhatsApp).

Strong analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics and ad performance tracking.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools: Google Ads Meta Ads Google Merchant Center and SEO.

Good communication creativity and problem-solving skills.

(Preferred) Content writing and blog management skills.
