Responsibilities:
Handling administrative functions: Answering calls managing calendars arranging travel scheduling couriers and planning events.
Keeping the director updated on upcoming responsibilities and following up appropriately.
Vendor management transportation coordination and budget oversight.
Managing office supplies placing timely orders and coordinating delivery and shipping.
Proactive approach in handling situations with limited turnaround time.
Prioritize being available when the director is present and ready to assist.
