Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NEC systems and a passion for delivering high-quality service to our clients
Proven experience (3 years) working with NEC telecommunications systems
In-depth knowledge of NEC PBX VoIP and UC platforms
Familiar with configuration design installation integration programming and test a SV9500 Communication Platform with DT900 IP Phones
NEC Certification - NEC SV9500 UM8700
High level of knowledge - NEC MA4000 (UCE Manager) NEC UG50
Knowledge of NEC Fusion/OW5000/UA5200/GNAV Special
General Information about Telecommunications Network Routers Switches telephony cat5 cat6 cat5e access control Troubleshooting Cisco VoIP Telephony Phone system Phone support Telecommunications systems structured cabling Programming Installation NEC SV9100
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in identifying and resolving technical issues
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in system installations and maintenance
Relevant certifications or training in NEC systems would be advantageous
Ability to work independently and in a team environment managing multiple tasks efficiently

Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced NEC Technician to oversee the installation maintenance and troubleshooting of NEC telecommunications systems
Install configure and maintain NEC telecommunications systems according to company standards and client requirements
Conduct routine system inspections and diagnostics to ensure optimal performance and reliability
Respond promptly to service calls and perform troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues
Collaborate with the technical support team to address complex problems and provide effective solutions
Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair activities as well as equipment inventory
Provide training and support to clients on system usage and functionality
Stay updated on the latest NEC technologies and industry trends to make recommendations for system improvements
