Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Solution Architect to join our team in Dallas Texas. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity for a professional with extensive experience in designing developing and managing comprehensive solutions in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end technologies cloud services and testing with a focus on Content Management Systems and system architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of scalable and high-performance solutions ensuring they align with business goals technical requirements and healthcare standards.
- Architect and deliver both front-end and back-end components ensuring seamless integration and high usability across platforms.
- Design and implement solutions utilizing and among other technologies.
- Design and build robust Content Management Systems (CMS) for handling complex data and workflows.
- Ensure system architecture is cloud-native and optimized for Azure Cloud Services.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality software.
- Develop and implement APIs using technologies like and Spring Boot.
- Utilize Selenium and Cosca for testing purposes to ensure code quality and performance.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior developers and guide the team through design decisions best practices and the development process.
- Work closely with the business and technical teams to analyze requirements and create scalable solutions within the healthcare domain.
Qualifications:
- 15 years of overall IT experience with a strong focus on application architecture development and delivery.
- 3-4 years of experience in the healthcare domain with deep knowledge of healthcare processes and regulations.
- Expertise in Content Management Systems (CMS) with a focus on designing and integrating them.
- Proven experience with and on the front-end and back-end technologies.
- Experience with and Spring Boot for building robust APIs.
- Proficiency in Azure Cloud Services and cloud-native architecture.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Selenium and Cosca for automated testing.
- Deep understanding of solution architecture design ensuring scalability security and performance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to balance technical and business requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
