Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Burn Table Operator for a Tulsa-based fabrication shop. This role involves setting up and operating gas burn tables with Burny 10 controls to cut steel up to 5 inches thick. The Burn Table Operator must maintain precision follow strict safety standards and deliver consistent high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate gas burn tables using Burny 10 CNC controls.
Cut steel plates and components up to 5 inches thick per specifications.
Interpret blueprints drawings and work orders to meet cutting requirements.
Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality.
Perform routine equipment maintenance and cleaning.
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean organized work area.

Requirements

12 years of proven experience as a Burn Table Operator.
Hands-on experience with Burny 10 controls (required).
Ability to cut steel up to 5 inches thick.
Strong fabrication and material-handling knowledge.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail organization and safety.
Reliable and punctual with strong teamwork skills.
