What Youll Do
Prepare food and menu items using company recipes.
Set up stations stock supplies and maintain food safety standards.
Cook portion and present dishes according to company standards.
Support the team by keeping the kitchen clean organized and efficient.
Collaborate with managers and teammates to fulfill orders quickly and accurately.
Safely operate kitchen equipment and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Requirements
Prior experience as a cook or on a kitchen line.
Knowledge of grill temps cooking techniques and sanitation procedures.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to work nights weekends and holidays.
Food handlers license (within 30 days of hire).
Preferred
2 years of kitchen experience.
ServSafe certification.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
