Business Process Consultant

We are looking for a Business Process Consultant to support digital transformation initiatives in the life sciences sector. This role acts as a key interface between business stakeholders and technical teams contributing to the design and optimization of business processes across enterprise platforms such as SAP.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Collaborate with business users to gather analyze and document process requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Participate in workshops and design sessions with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support system testing validation and user training activities.
• Contribute to process mapping and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation and status reporting.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business process consulting or functional roles.
• Exposure to SAP or other enterprise applications in a business context.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Familiarity with life sciences or regulated industries is a plus.
