- Lead and manage a 24x7x365 offshore operations team across multiple technology domains.
- Ensure operational excellence in the delivery of services including incident response change management patching and performance optimization.
- Drive continuous improvement in monitoring automation and runbook development.
- Collaborate with onshore SMEs and stakeholders to align on SLAs KPIs and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with security audit and regulatory requirements.
- Provide escalation support and root cause analysis for critical incidents.
- Manage team capacity shift schedules and training to ensure round-the-clock coverage.

- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies.
- Excellent communication coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- ITIL certification or equivalent experience in service management preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell Python etc.)
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX ISO etc.)
- Exposure to Agile/DevOps methodologies and tools (Jira Confluence)
