About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly autonomous Senior Marketing Manager with deep expertise in email marketing to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment has SaaS marketing experience and knows how to build execute and optimize high-performing campaigns that drive measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Own the email marketing strategy end-to-end from ideation to execution.
- Build deploy and analyze email campaigns that engage leads nurture prospects and retain customers.
- Develop segmentation strategies and lifecycle marketing campaigns tailored to different customer journeys.
- Define and monitor KPIs A/B testing and reporting to optimize performance and increase ROI.
- Ensure all campaigns meet deliverability compliance and brand standards.
- Collaborate with Product Sales and Customer Success to align messaging with company growth goals.
- Stay up to date with best practices tools and trends in SaaS and email marketing.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- 5 years of marketing experience with a strong emphasis on email marketing.
- Proven ability to work independently and lead initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot Salesforce Iterable or similar).
- Strong background in SaaS marketing and experience in startup environments.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with customer lifecycle marketing and churn reduction strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM integrations and advanced personalization tactics.
