Sales Specialist LGC Standards
Location: Wesel hybrid (1 day per week on-site) or home-based if located elsewhere

We are looking for someone who has a passion for scientific solutions and professional experience Do you excel in building strong client relationships and closing deals in the pharma biotech environmental and industrial sectors If so we want YOU to join LGC Standards as a Sales Specialist!
What Youll Do
- Manage transactional accounts and represent the entire LGC Standards product portfolio across multiple industries.
- Identify and close new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead qualification.
- Engage with clients via email phone and virtual meetings to convert leads follow up on quotes and drive new business.
- Apply LGCs sales tools and digital capabilities for territory planning lead nurturing and sales growth.
- Collaborate with marketing to launch new products and stay ahead of competitor activity and industry trends.
- Ensure outstanding customer support by managing service cases effectively and maintaining response time SLAs.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
- Scientific background Degree or equivalent experience in Pharmaceutical Life Sciences Environmental Science Industrial Science or Chemistry.
- Sales experience Proven track record in selling technical products for research or analytical laboratories.
- Proactive & adaptable Thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Lead generation & account management Ability to develop new business while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Standout colleague Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams.
- Excellent German skills and fluent English (B2 level or higher) Strong communication skills are essential.
